Elite Reform Medical was founded on a fundamental mission: to restore the personal connection between patients and their healthcare providers while elevating standards of preventive healthcare. Founded by Dr. Ijeoma Aneke, MD and her sister Genevieve B. Onwumere, MSN, AGNP-C, our clinic combines deep clinical knowledge with relationship-centered medicine.
Dr. Aneke currently serves as a dedicated hospitalist for Catholic Health, while Provider Genevieve B. Onwumere serves as a full time Primary Care Provider for Veterans Affairs. While they began to build this continuum of care for patients across subacute, subacute rehabilitation and primary care settings, both her and her sister recognized the crucial need for unbroken medical advocacy. Elite Reform Medical is the realization of that vision—a single home for your lifetime healthcare journey.
